What is a tube head?

The tubular head is a mechanical assembly used on the structures of raw oil wells. In general, it is located at the bottom of the well above the tire hanger and the coil of the case. The head has a profiled inner surface designed to accept a hose hanger that supports and seals the tubes. The upper part of the well set is known as the Christmas tree and is attached to the top of the tubular head using a specially designed head adapter. The head is usually equipped with several ports to include different valves and tools. This assembly usually consists of two multi -part sections, namely the tube section and a hangout for a Christmas tree and a Christmas tree. The hanger section is designed to support the chains of cases and hoses, ended the wellBore during the construction phase and support the Christmas tree during production. The -y -year tree is a complex arrangement of valves, coils and tools, named for its characteristic crowded shape of the crucifix. Its function is to control and monitor the well and its output during the production phase.

The tubular head is one of the units that make up the bottom of the well assembly. It is usually the upper unit in the assembly on which the Christmas tree holds with the permission of a specially designed adapter. Located in the profiled interior of the main unit. The function of these two units is the support and sealing of hoses or string pipes. This is the length of the tube that runs down to the well on the inside of the outer case. The units for the housing and coils are located under the tube head and support the outer case.

The function of the head hose support is achieved by locking the pins along the culmination and the profiled inner surface of the shoulder on the tube. The hanger ensures that the tube is hydraulically insulated from the ring or space between it and the outer cover of the well. The tubular head is also equipped with several ports and fittings used to connect a range of valves and diagnostic tools. Although the basic constructionE of most pipes are similar, specifics can be well dictated by certain design and building deviations with different concentrations of certain chemicals and pressure levels requiring material treatment and units.
