What Is a UV Meter?

The ultraviolet intensity meter is composed of an ultraviolet probe UV365 (or UV420) and a reading unit. The two parts are connected with a plug and a socket through a cable.

The functions of the keys on the left side of the reading unit are:
"Power": Press this key to turn on the power, lift this key to turn off the power
"Hold": Press this key to hold the data, raise this key to the data sampling state. This key should be raised during measurement.
"UV365": Press this key when using the UV365 probe (the "UV420" key must be raised at this time)
"UV420": Press this key when using the UV420 probe (the "UV365" key must be raised at this time)
Industrial applications are mainly used to monitor blue-violet radiation during welding, solar radiation monitoring, UV sterilization, graphic arts, UV EPROM erasure, and lithographic exposure

If the measured value is less than 2000 W / c, please use Lo file for higher accuracy
· The UV probe has a precise structure. Please store it in a dry environment when not in use. For example, put the entire probe in a plastic bag with a desiccant and seal the mouth of the bag. This will prolong the life of the probe, otherwise it will reduce the sensitivity of the probe.
The instrument should be stored in a clean environment with humidity <80% and temperature within 20 ± 10 for a long time to avoid chronic damage to the instrument in harsh environments.
