The valve is vertically fixed on the water inlet pipe, and then the control pipe, the shut-off valve and the float valve are connected and screwed on the valve. Because the main valve is closed, it is about 30 to 50 seconds after the float valve is closed. Therefore, the water tank must have enough free volume to prevent overflow. To prevent impurities and grit from entering the valve and causing it to malfunction, a filter should be installed before the valve. If it is installed in a groundwater tank, an alarm device should be installed in the underground pump room.
