What is a wire package tool?
Wire packing tool is a specially designed tool for creating a wrapped wire connection on a particular type of circuit board. Wrapped wire boards, called stripboards, look like a plastic plate covered with small holes. Each of these holes has space for connecting the wire. To insert the installation program, put the wires into one of the holes, it needs a wire package tool. There are three types of tools; Electric, mechanical and manual tools. Each has some advantages and there are situations where each of them is a preferred tool. Since then, their use has declined significantly in most areas. Although the stripboard has a stronger connection than most printed boards, their costs are also significantly higher. Now these boards are usually common only in two places, prototype machines and telecommunications.
The electrical and mechanical tool seems very similar. There are a small weapon with an extension of the post on the tip. In the electrical tool, the small motor turns the column. In a mecHanical wire package tool causes the trigger to be tired of the manual turn on the post. The manual wire package tool is shaped as a pen; In principle, the whole tool is a post for the other two.
Electric tool is the most common style for initial wire installation. In order to use a mechanical tool, the user made a wire column by a column, puts it in a special socket and presses the trigger. The engine quickly and firmly packs the wire and creates a safe connection. The socket is then connected to one of the holes on the board. Because the electric wire package tool is so fast, it is generally used on new installations.
The mechanical tool operates in almost the same way as the electric wire package. The biggest difference between the two is in the application of force and speed for wrap. Because the mechanical tool is used to create hand pressure, different quantities can be placed on connectionyour strength. On the other hand, shape and mechanics make this tool almost as fast as the electric version. This type of tool is common when light adjustments need to be quickly performed.
The last type of tool is completely manual. These tools are shaped as metal pens with a narrow column at one end. The actual wire threading process is the same, but the user simply spins this tool for wrapping it. This creates less secure connection than other tools and takes longer. The biggest advantage of manual tool is its accuracy; In a complicated system, the manual tool may be threaded by several layers of wires to access a specific connection.
