What is a wireless drive?

The wireless controller is a control device that receives a signal to activate or power it or both through a wireless connection. In the case of an activation signal, the transmission method is usually based on a radio wave. Wireless energy transmission occurs less frequently and generally uses magnetic resonance or induction to power the driver. The wireless controller is used in various automated industrial, manufacturing and home applications such as control of mounting plants, palette of warehouse and home automation and security. Its advantages include increased mobility of automated processes due to the absence of cable runs, increased security and extended remote control ranges.

drives are generally introduced to work in one of two ways, namely switching power and switching contacts. In the case of the power supply, the device is on and off by permission or reducing the power supply. The solenoid valve of the lightweight mandatory is good for this type of driver. DriveThe clinging of contacts generally draws its performance locally, for example from the power supply of the machine on which it operates and has an integral relay or contactor that is running from a distant location. The power supply is constantly present, but only brings to the controller when the contacts are closed by the signal from the remote location.

In both cases, the driver is activated using a cable connection, which often requires lengthy cable runs. This has a negative impact on the mobility of some automated machines, limits the distance of the trigger station or power supply that can come from the controller, and in the case of safety devices, it represents a risk of violation when cutting cables. The wireless driver can solve most of these problems by eliminating the need for cable runs. In many situations, these systems can also improve remote -controlled functionality systems with fixed devices.

existedIt eats three types of wireless control - those that receive their activation signal from the wireless radio connection, those that are powered by magnetic induction or resonance, and combined devices that include both functions. Automated machines, such as warehouse pallet systems and assembly robots, can significantly benefit from the inclusion of wireless drive, which are limited to control without any mobility restrictions. Automation and safety systems can also be strengthened both in terms of aesthetic attraction and functionality, as a wireless drive that can remove unsightly cables and allow extended activation ranges. Safety systems can also be strengthened by eliminating the risk that the cables will be interrupted by criminals.
