What Is an Electrical Room?
The electric dust collection room refers to the gas room that uses electrical technology to check the dust collection.
- The main mechanism of electric dust collection is corona discharge. The basic conditions for generating corona discharge are two opposing electrodes, a corona discharge electrode (also called cathode or negative electrode), and a dust collector (also called anode or positive electrode). A high-voltage electrostatic field is formed between them. And this electric field is non-uniform
- 1. The dust collection room adopts the sub-chamber air-stop pulse spray dust cleaning technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional pulse dust collection room and the sub-chamber reverse blowing dust collection room. It has strong ash cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, and low air leakage rate. Low energy consumption, small footprint, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits. Suitable for
- 1. Check the steel structure of the equipment to see if there is any obvious deformation or abnormality in each component;
- 2. Strictly check whether the welding seams of various steel structures are tight.
- 1. Phenomenon: Rapping stops
- cause of issue:
- a. Motor phase loss or burning
- b. Decrease failure (internal
- 1. Dust collection and overhaul is a dangerous operation, it is necessary to fill in the "Maintenance Application Form" and "Notice of Power Delivery" to the supervisor, central control room and electrical personnel for approval and implementation, and strictly implement the procedures for power outage and power transmission in accordance with relevant systems;
- 2. Wear labor protection equipment before operation. You must wear insulated shoes and clothing when entering the site. You must wear safety belts when working in the electric dust collector;
- 3. Before entering the electric dust collection, you must cut off all electric field power sources, dispose of insulation boards at the disconnection, ground the high-voltage side wires of the electric field, set the equipment switch to the "OFF" position, and hang the "No Close" sign;
- 4. Before entering the room, contact the electrical personnel to discharge and confirm the static electricity with a ground wire. When entering the internal maintenance of the electric field, maintenance personnel are not allowed to run or disassemble without permission, to prevent the internal heater and other devices from being charged.
- 5. The inspection of electric dust collection must be coordinated by more than three people. It is strictly forbidden to work alone. Professionals must be kept outdoors to monitor, keep close contact with indoor operators, and keep in touch with central control;
- 6. Before maintenance and construction, develop reliable safety measures and conduct safety education according to operating procedures. In addition to full-time or part-time safety officers arriving at the site during operation, the person in charge of the electrical project must be present to monitor the site;
- 7. When entering the room, the situation is unknown. You must not enter the room. In particular, you must determine whether the exhaust fan is exhausting. At the same time, add a cable to the cathode cabinet near the entrance door to discharge the ground. And NOx poisoning; In addition, it is also necessary to confirm whether the inside of the electrostatic precipitator is cooled, and it should not be intruded into;
- 8. During inspection and operation in the electric dust collector, low-voltage safety lighting must be used;
- 9. In the electric dust collector, check whether the plates and wires are intact and whether the screws are loose;
- 10. When checking the stairs climbing on the top of the cathode wire, make sure that the pedal reinforcement is not welded and cracked;
- 11. After confirming that there are no people or tools in the room, you can close the entrance door;
- 12. After the electric dust collection is overhauled, no one is allowed to enter the room from the start of operation;
- 13. Electric dust collection must meet the electrical (normal values indicated by each instrument) and the charging conditions before it can run under load.
