1. Mixing time: long mixing time can mix evenly. The strength of dry mixing for 20 minutes is 15-23% higher than that of 10 minutes; the wet mixing time is suitable for the material to be non-caking. The storage time of the mixed material is preferably about 2 hours. If the time is too long or too short, the compressive strength of the brick will be reduced.
2. Molding pressure: The pressure of clay cement bricks is 500 kg per square centimeter. Under this pressure, its products have high compressive strength and good water resistance. The pressure is too low to compact.
3. Maintenance conditions: Cement bricks are also known as non-burning bricks. After molding, they can be cured by being drenched in the natural environment. The strength of the 7-day age is equivalent to 67-90% of the 28-day age; The intensity is 80-95% of the intensity in a quarter of age. Therefore, if the maintenance site is small, the cement bricks can leave the factory after 7 days of natural curing.
The more common cement brick specifications on the market are 240 * 115 * 53mm standard bricks, referred to as standard bricks; 240 * 115 * 90mm eight-hole bricks; 390 * 190 * 190mm hollow bricks and other specifications
Cement brick standard (Take wall brick 240 × 115 × 90mm for example, strength grade 10MPA) Material: ordinary concrete or high permeability fly ash concrete
