What is hydro-blocking?
Hydro-balasting is an industrial method of using high-pressure water flows of up to 40,000 pounds per square inch (dogs), or 2,812 kilograms per square centimeter (kg/cm
2 ), for cleaning and cutting dense materials such as steel and Becrete. It is an alternative method for the method of abrasive blasting used to blast sand and tends to better maintain the surface of the material. Recovery of water used in this process is more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Many uses for high -pressure water blasting include surface materials such as chemicals based on paints and corrosion, preparation of surfaces for gluing in the building and for cutting and shaping materials.
Water specing is sometimes also used to reduce old concrete, which helps its removal in the demolition industry. This particular industrial niche in the water jet current can see the significant advantages of the processCompared to the traditional method of breaking concrete with Jackhammers and excavators. The use of hydro-slip reduces damage to large parts of concrete to be detained if only part of the building is demolished by limiting fractures and damage to the rear steel. The environmental environmental conditions are also better when hydro-balasting is used because much less dust and noise are produced during the process. The side effects of the removal of impaired concrete are also exposed to the exposed reinforcement, which is affected by water, as well as the creation of a rough surface with detained concrete, which makes it more suitable for connecting with the new replacement concrete that is later poured.
Many companies that provide water services often refer to them as energy washing services or for pressure washing. The reason is that while hydro-blocking can be used to cut concrete, it will not effectively cut steel, so the most commonly used process of preparatory cleaning before painting the structure or otherwise covers it. Using Hydro-Blocker to orPuppies are performed at lower pressure volumes of a maximum of 25 000 PSI (1,758 kg/cm
2 ). However, when cleaning the steel surface, the hydro-slip cleansing cleans the fine pit in the steel, which does not meet porridge or abrasive blasting. This gives cleaned steels definitely a different look that may look a matte and dirty place of the overall shiny surface that was abandoned by rupture of sand, but left a fine pits in the unleaned steel.
Due to its pure nature, water pumping can be used inside or outdoors with a small need to insulate the area or protect the surroundings at work. Many modern systems that use water blasting also have vacuum recovery for both the excluded water and for the surface residues that have been blasted. Because it does not relieve the surface, but only breaks it into small particles, hydro-blocking works well in removing a number of flexible coatings such as rubber and other semi-soft plastics that naturally resist abrasion.
