1. During work (including slagging), all staff must wear work clothes, protective glasses or face shields. No naked operation is allowed. Welding on the back should fasten the collar, tighten the cuffs, wear a fireproof cap, and do not wear wet gloves during welding.

2. Pressurized containers, closed containers, various oil drums, pipes, workpieces with flammable gases and solutions must be inspected beforehand, and toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive substances must be removed after cleaning. Relieve the pressure of the container and the pipeline, eliminate the container's closed state (open the opening, unscrew the lid), and then work.

3 When welding and cutting closed hollow workpieces, air vents must be left. Welding in the container, the person must be monitored outside, and there are good ventilation measures, the lighting voltage is 12V. Do not weld in containers that have been painted or sprayed with plastic.

4 The ground zero of the welding machine and the welding work return line are not allowed to be placed on flammable, heat-shockable items, and are not allowed to be connected to pipes and machine tools. The working loop should be well insulated, and the chassis ground must meet safety regulations.

5. In the case of flammable and explosive materials in a workshop, place or near a pipeline, the "dangerous work application form" must be processed. The fire control and technical security departments shall inspect the site and take strict safety measures before operation.

6. High-altitude operations should be equipped with safety belts and protective facilities. The ground should be guarded by someone. It is strictly forbidden to entangle work loops on the body.

7. Welding parts must be placed stably and firmly to perform welding. Welding is not allowed on workpieces hoisted by cranes or forklifts. Welding and repairing of various machinery and equipment must be stopped and the operation site should have sufficient space for movement.

8. The operator must pay attention to the safety of the assistant. The assistant should know the full knowledge of electric (gas) welding.

9. The use of unauthorized acetylene generators for gas welding operations is strictly prohibited.
