Nettle for allergies is considered very effective in combating allergic symptoms, including inflammation, overload and sneezing. Stinging nettle, known botanically as Urtica dioica, can be used by suffering allergies in their raw form or can be purchased in health food stores that sell nettle such as nettle capsules and nettle tea. Nettle of allergies is mostly used for nasal allergies, not allergies to the skin, as nettle can actually cause a temporary allergic reaction to the skin when it touches. Nettle also contains antihistamines that work to stop other allergic symptoms, similarly nasal overload and sneezing.

Experts warn that those who use copersVu for allergies should also be aware of their potential side effects.
