Autoclave
- The method is to put the items to be sterilized in an autoclave, and the steam does not overflow during heating.

- (1) The sterilization package should not be too large or too tight (the volume should not be greater than 30cm × 30cm × 30cm), and the total amount of items placed in the sterilizer should not exceed 85% of the volume of the sterilizer cabinet. There is a gap between each package to allow the steam to flow and penetrate into the center of the package. The steam is quickly discharged during exhaust to keep the items dry.
- (2) The container containing articles shall have holes. If there are no holes, the container cover shall be opened.
- (3) Cloth items are placed on top of metal and enamel items.
- (4) The sterilized articles should be taken out after being dried.
- (5) Before the sterilizer is closed, the cold air should be fully evacuated.
- (6) Observe pressure and temperature at any time.
- (7) Pay attention to safe operation. Before each sterilization, check whether the sterilizer is in good working condition.
- (8) Do not depressurize too much after sterilization. Only open the cover or door after the pressure gauge returns to the "0" position.
