What are the different types of Reiki lessons?

There are two different types of Reiki lessons, traditional Japanese and western. Within these two types there are several traditions or associations that teach their own version of Reiki. It is assumed that both main traditions of this spiritual technique increase the ability of users to heal themselves and others.

The Japanese tradition of Reiki lessons usually involves laying the hands and transport of energy from the healer's body to a person who is ill. In this Japanese style of Reiki lessons, it is assumed that the palms are able to hold and release the energy that is able to recover. It is said that he treats physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of man. There are many hands positions that must learn to use this type of Reiki.

The main traditions under Japanese Reiki are USUI Reiki Ryho Gakkai, which is said to use the same learning and practices used by the founder of Reiki and Reidareiki Gakkai, whose founder added somewhat to the first learning. One tradition or association is known as komyo reiKi Kai, operated by a teacher who has a background in the western type of Reiki lesson. There is also another association called Jikiden Reiki, whose teaching comes from a man named Dr. Hayashi.

Western Reiki is a technique designed by a woman named Hawayo Takata. It was taught by the founder of the tradition of Jikiden Reiki, Dr. Hayashi, and developed her in a new style she thought would be more acceptable for people in the West. Western Reiki works differently than the Japanese tradition in that it focuses more on pressure points and massage.

with pressure applications and massages increases the oxygen and blood circulation of a person, causing a healthy body. Stress is relieved and the muscles are relaxed with these activities and the body is able to get rid of any toxins that could cause harm. The act of massage can transfer good energy to a person who is ill and help his body to start the healing process.

with western reiki there are several differentThe traditions. The first is USUI Reiki Shiki Ryho, who shares the same teachings as Hawayo Takata. There are also two more, known as the Tibetan Reiki, which teaches essentially the same thing as the USUI Reiki Shiki Ryho, and Gendai Reiki Ho, which is a combination of learning in the west and east.

A person who wishes to study one type of tradition can find Reiki online lessons or in Reiki schools. These schools can be found around the world. Each school is different, so the student should find the one that suits his personality.
