[Foreign name] Sulbactam and Cefopcrazone, Cefperazone-Sulbactam
[Structural formula] [Pharmacological effects and uses] This product is a compound preparation. Sulbactam is a broad-spectrum enzyme inhibitor and has weak antibacterial activity. It is produced against Staphylococcus aureus and most negative bacteria.
[Adverse reactions] Some adverse reactions of cefoperazone monotherapy may occur in the application of this product, but patients have better tolerance to this drug. Skin irritation, diarrhea, drug fever. Reversible neutropenia, decreased hemoglobin and hematocrit, transient eosinophilia, thrombocytopenia, and reduced prothrombin. Aspartate aminotransferase, intraglutaminase, alkaline phosphatase, or hemobilirubin are transiently elevated.
[Precautions] Those who are allergic to any component of this product are prohibited. -lactams are used with caution in patients with allergies. Patients with severe cholecystitis and severe renal dysfunction should be used with caution. Drink alcohol and take alcohol-containing drugs during medication.
