- The general dosage is 15mg per kilogram of body weight per day, divided into 2 or 3 times, and the total amount for adults per day cannot exceed 1.5g. Simple urinary tract infection 250 mg once, twice a day is sufficient. Children's dosage can be calculated by weight. Newborns are given 10 mg per kilogram of body weight for the first time and 7.5 mg per kilogram of body weight every 12 hours thereafter. The main route of administration is intramuscular injection.
