What is the fastening line?

In many births, it is routine to separate the child from the placenta by cutting the umbilical cord. This procedure usually includes the application of the cord. Thus, the umbilical cord fastening terminal applies to the device used to hold the cord on site when the cut is made, and the clamp can remain for several days, while the remaining cord attached to the drying. Many of them are plastic and look slightly like a barret. They usually have teeth that fit together when the cord is clamped, and can have different fittings on the open side that click on the location, making it safe to adapt. Many medical companies that produce clamps are located in places like India or China, but elsewhere they can be done elsewhere. People can't just buy, but maybe they'll have to buy hundreds at a time. This may be useful for hospitals, but may be a problem for midwives who participate in home birth because they just don't need that many clips may take at least a few years.

Not every child who was born has umbilical cord clamp. Some parents cut the line and preferred to fall the whole line in the coming days. Other times, the umbilical cord is secured with a tape instead of the umbilical cord fastening clamp. There are disputes about which procedure is most healthy.

One thing that is currently questionable is when to use the umbilical cord terminal and when to cut the cord. It was standard for children to have a terminal and cut in a minute. There is now some evidence that suggests that waiting, up to three minutes may be more advantageous for newborns because it allows continuing blood communication between the placenta and the newborn, which can affect the time of blood clotting or iron at blood levels.

This evokes the very nature of the attachment of the umbilical cord. In addition to providing stability for cord cutting, it cuts communication with the placenta. This is the natural round of life but themwho consider it a deeply sentimental aspect of the child's birth. The connection between the mother and the child on the elementary level is interrupted by clamp and cut, although the birth brings the opportunity to know the child in a way that is not possible when this child was in the womb.
