[Indications] Depression with various causes and symptoms. OCD. With cataplexy of narcolepsy, panic attack, phobia, chronic pain, nocturnal enuresis.
[Usage] Individualized dose. Commonly used dose: 75-150mg (panic attack 25-100mg). The initial dose is 25mg bid-tid. The initial dose of panic attack was 10 mg / day.
[Adverse reactions] Anticholinergic effect, lethargy, fatigue, restlessness, headache, tremor, dizziness, weight gain, dysuria, nausea, sexual dysfunction, myoclonus.
[Precautions] Hypotension, cardiovascular disease, cardiovascular insufficiency, atrioventricular block, arrhythmia, narrow angle glaucoma, dysuria, low convulsive threshold, severe impairment of liver and kidney function, adrenal medullary tumor, Patients with electroconvulsive therapy, hyperthyroidism or concomitant treatment with thyroid preparations, suicidal tendency, surgery or pregnancy and lactation should be used with caution. [Drug interactions] Attenuate the antihypertensive effects of clonidine, guanethidine, betaine, reserpine, and methyldopa. Can strengthen the sympathomimetic effect on cardiovascular. Increase the effects of alcohol and other central inhibitors and anticholinergics. This drug cannot be used in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and quinidine antiarrhythmic drugs. Drugs that can activate the liver monoamine oxidase system, such as barbitur, phenytoin, and nicotine, can reduce the blood concentration of this drug. Combined with phenytoin can cause its serum concentration to increase. Combination with prednisone can cause the serum concentration of this drug to increase. Cimetidine and methylphenidate can cause increased plasma concentrations of this drug.
