What is Drug Therapy?
Drug therapy is a method of preventing and treating human diseases with drugs. It also includes family planning and killing vectors. It originated from the labor and life practice of the ancients and developed with the accumulation of experience. The earliest medicine book in the world is the "Shen Nong's Materia Medica" published nearly two thousand years ago. It contains 365 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, and points out that seaweeds are used to cure dysentery, ephedra and asthma, rhubarb and catharsis are still effective treatments. [1]
