What Is Electrocoagulation?

Endoscopic electrocoagulation is a method of hemostasis with coagulation current under endoscope. The coagulation current makes the contact area of the probe generate heat, edema of the tissue, compresses the blood vessel, the blood vessel cavity becomes small or occluded, and a thrombus is formed to stop the bleeding. This method is simple, safe and economical.
