- [Indications] It has antidepressant effect and is used to treat depression and relieve angina. [Dosage and Administration] Oral: 10-15mg each time, 3 times a day. The initial dose may be slightly larger, but the daily dose should not exceed 60mg. If there is no effect after taking 3-4 weeks, the drug should be discontinued. [Precautions] 1. Common adverse reactions include orthostatic hypotension, edema, constipation, and nausea. Excessive amounts can cause fainting, sweating, fast pulses, shallow breathing, etc., which can be counteracted by intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine. 2. Used with caution in patients with impaired renal function and epilepsy. 3. Do not stop the medicine suddenly. 4. Do not use this product at the same time or successively with imipramine to avoid toxicity. 5. This product can enhance the effects of barbiturates and anesthetics. 6. When used with antihypertensive drugs, pay attention to blood pressure. 7. Hydrazine has a toxic reaction to the liver. Liver function should be checked regularly for long-term medication.
