Tablet: 50 mg / tablet. Avoid high temperature storage.
In the human body, oral absorption is well absorbed, and peak plasma levels occur about one hour after fasting and two hours after serving with food. Elimination has two phases, including an initial phase (half-life of 3 to 6 hours) and a subsequent slow phase (half-life of 5-9 hours). Due to the large changes in in vivo clearance, some patients may accumulate in plasma after taking it.
Treatment of depression and anxiety with depressive symptoms and mood disorders after withdrawal from drug dependence.
Common adverse reactions are drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness, headache, insomnia, tension and tremor, etc .; and blurred vision, dry mouth, and constipation. Orthostatic hypotension and tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal discomfort are rare. Very few patients experience musculoskeletal pain and dreaming. It has been reported in clinical studies that some adverse reactions may be related to the use of trazodone hydrochloride; inability to sit still, allergic reactions, anemia, flatulence, abnormal urination, sexual dysfunction and abnormal menstruation, etc., but it is seen in a small number of patients . Laboratory inspection
Patients who take the drug may occasionally show a decrease in the total number of white blood cells and neutrophil count. If the white blood cell count or neutrophil count is lower than the normal range, the drug should be discontinued and observed. For patients who develop fever or sore throat (or other symptoms of infection) during treatment, it is recommended to check for white blood cells and differential counts.
If combined with digoxin or phenytoin, plasma levels of digoxin or phenytoin can be increased. May strengthen effect on alcohol, barbiturates and other central nervous system inhibitors. At present, there is no clinical experience on whether a drug interaction occurs between the drug and a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor. Therefore, when the two drugs are used interchangeably, the interval between the two drugs should generally be two weeks.
Dosage and usage
The dose should start with a low dose, gradually increase the dose and observe the response to treatment. When drowsiness occurs, most of the daily dose must be distributed to bedtime or reduced. Symptoms eased within the first week of taking the drug, and better antidepressant effects appeared within two weeks. It usually takes two to four weeks for the best results.
Usual Adult Dose
The recommended initial dose is 50-100 mg / day (in divided doses), and then the dose can be increased by 50 mg / day every three to four days. 100mg / day (divided) is generally recommended for outpatients. Patients with more severe inpatients may receive larger doses. The maximum dosage is not more than 400mg / day (divided).
Maintenance treatment
The long-term measurement should be kept at the minimum effective amount. Once there is sufficient effect, it can be gradually reduced. It is generally recommended that the course of treatment should last several months.
People who are allergic to trazodone hydrochloride should not take it, such as those with severe heart disease or arrhythmia, and those with impaired consciousness.
Some patients may experience hypotension, including orthostatic hypotension, and syncope. If combined with antihypertensive drugs, the dose of antihypertensive drugs needs to be reduced. Little is known about the interactions with general anesthetics, so they should be discontinued as early as possible and clinically approved before elective surgery. People performing potentially dangerous tasks (such as driving a car or turning on a machine) must be careful during medication.
Should be taken after meals, fasting conditions, fasting, dizziness or dizziness may increase.
