How can I create a solar panel?
You can usually create a solar panel after just a day using a few simple instructions. To create a solar panel, you will need to get enough solar cells, flat and isolated copper wires, plywood leaf and Plexiglas®, wooden strips and silicone sealant. The first step is to connect the cabling to the solar cells and mount them. Then create a frame around the perimeter of plywood with wooden strips and attach Plexiglas® to it. After assembling the solar panel, secure it in a sunny location and connect the electric wires to the power system.
Before you can create a solar panel, you will need enough solar cells that give the required amount of electricity and enough flat cables to connect them. The cylinder of isolated copper wire will be required to connect the solar panel to the power system. You will also need a sheet of plywood treated with pressure and a sheet of the same size Plexiglas® Material. Also, a length of 1 P must be purchasedAlec (2,5 cm) by 1 inch (2,5 cm), wood screws, silicone sealant and solder. Tools such as soldering iron, wood and drill drill will also be needed to build a solar panel.
Start by soldering two pieces of flat cable to the underside of each solar cell. The length of these surface wires should be equivalent to twice the width of solar cells. Cut the plywood to the appropriate size and draw the grid on the surface. Distribute solar cells into rows and fritting flat cables from the bottom of one cell to the top of the next part. Repeat this process until all cells are connected together in one chain, starting with the first line and continuing to the last.
When determining the rows of solar cells, leave a 3 -inch (7.6 cm) space for connecting the Plexiglas® panel at the edges of the plywood. The solar cells are easily damaged, so be carefully treated. Then lift each cellFrom your position and place a small amount of silicone sealant in the center of the underside. Press each solar cell firmly against plywood and allow the sealing agent. When this procedure is completed, you should leave one negative and one positive wire that goes to the entire cell chain.
Its negative and positive wires from the chain of solar cells to one end of the isolated copper wire. Trim the wooden strips to lead around the edges of the plywood and apply the sealant to one side. Attach the sealing side of the strips to the plywood and securely fasten them to the wooden screws. Drill the hole in the plywood, pass through the copper conductor and seal the hole with a silicone. Drill another hole at the bottom of the plywood for drainage.
Apply the silicone sealant bead to the top of the wooden strips and attach the Plexiglas®. Drink several pilot holes in Plexigluas® and secure the material with wood screws. Let the sealant cure and securely place the solar panel insunny area. To complete the installation, connect the insulated copper conductor to the power system.
