What are plans?

plans are prints made on a specially prepared substrate such as cotton, paper or mylar. The material on which plans are carried out is coated with a light sensitive solution. When the solution is exposed, it sets to dark blue and leaves the underaged portions of white. The result is a traditional plan, which is also called kyanoprint, white design against a blue background. Plans are used in architectural design, such as rendering for houses and ships, and this term is also used more generally to indicate a detailed and precise plan.

Contact printing is used to create plans. First there is a drawing on tracking paper, fabric or other material that is transparent, allowing light. The drawing is located above the material soaked in the plan solution and then exposed to clear light. The resulting plan is chemically firm and oversized to remove chemical tracks. Will be resistant to fading and marking and usually produced a durable material that can be rolled and easily transmittedT between offices and jobs. In the mid -18th century it was developed by British astronomer Sir John Herschal. Chemicals will respond with bright light to form ferrocyanide of ferric, insoluble blue pigment. It would be possible to make a number of plans from the main drawing and easily distributed, at a much lower cost than conventional photographic reproduction.

Modern advances in replication technology have allowed other techniques to replace the plan, although some companies continue to use plans for rendering. Cretaceous chalk in contrasting colors such as red and yellow are used to indicate the plan, so the markings are clearly visible. The modified plan returns to a person who suggested it to make changes and is then reopened and checked. Once all parties are satisfied with the plan, it will be officially stamped, so it will become a legal document that will be submitted together with further paperworkon the structure of the structure.

drawing for plans and designing generally requires training and skills. Good plans have sharp, clean lines and easy -to -read text, usually written in unadorned capital letters. High quality plans can look like a work of art because they come from the hands of someone who has been trained in a technical drawing, and some buildings hang their plans on the wall as an artistic accessory to the design of the interior.
