What are cinnamon coins?
Cinnamon Mints are a type of brass mint or candy with a red finished taste. Cinnamon herb has long been honored for its healing benefits, including inhibition of bacteria growth. Due to these antibacterial properties with cinnamon-similarly as Spearmint and Peppermint-time, it is used to combat halitosis and weakening of breath. Chewing or sucking on the brass mint increases saliva in the mouth that wash over oral bacteria. As with all brass mints, however, cinnamon of the mint provides only a temporary breath refreshment. It is not a cure for chronic halitosis.
American Chicle introduced Certs, the first brass coins, in the 1950s of the 20th century. Consumers wanted a fragmentary breath that would be portable than toothpaste or mouthwash, and it wasn't just candy. The chewing rubber has not always been a practical solution because it had to be spit or discarded. The rubber also glued to dental work and represented the need for an alternative. Solution American Chiclebylyl Retsyn®, oil deletion solution and copperGlukonate. Certs was sold in various flavors, including cinnamon.
Today most commercially produced cinnamon coins contain either sugar or artificial sweeteners. These ingredients are added because pure cinnamon oil or bark is generally indicated too strong or bitter for taste buds. While these sugars worsen the mint more pleasant for the floor, they can actually worsen the bad breath problem. The reason is that bacteria in the mouth thrive on sugar. Added artificial sweeteners found in most cinnamon "sugar -free" coin can disrupt the natural chemistry of the body, causing more harm than good.
Health experts generally agree that the only cinnamon coins that provide healthy benefits are those containing pure cinnamon oil without added sugars or sweeteners. These can only be found in healobody with food. Many suffering from halitosis gets relief fromSimply chewing on a piece of raw cinnamon. Cinnamon sticks are also recommended as a natural alternative to wind coins. The nibbling on the cinnamon wand cleans the floor after eating and satisfies the desire for something sweet. Because the spice has a sweet taste, many dieters are useful for replacing sweet snacks and desserts under the weight loss program.
The word of caution about ingestion of this strong herb should be noted. If the user impact on combustion, skin rash, sore throat, swelling or red impacts inside the mouth after contact with raw cinnamon, rubber or mints, it may be an allergic reaction. Cinnamon allergies are quite common and are usually not a reason for alarm. Symptoms are unpleasant, but should retreat within hours.
