What are the smells?

Vobic lamps are devices that are used to deodorize and clean the air in the room. These lamps have been widely used to help sterilize air in hospitals, but are no longer considered effective for this purpose. The main use of fragrant lamps, also referred to as catalytic lamps or effusion lamps, is to clean the offensive odors from the house. They interact with some molecules in the air and are often filled with fragrant fuel that can be slowly distracted into the room. The original manufacturers claimed that small particles of molecules odors would respond to heat in the lamp and neutralized. Without these particles, the room is left clean. Although there are some molecular reactions that occur using fragrance, the vast majority of odors causing the molecule are not neutralized. Instead, these lamps deodorize the room by relaxing the fragrant fuel.

This lamp has several components. The hollow bowl forms a base and is filled with about half the fuel before the lamp lighting. This fuel is made ofAlcohol and perfume, although fuel without a center can also be used. The wick sits in the fuel and comes from the lamp through the upper part, which is covered with a metal burner.

Unlike other types of lamps, fragrant lamps are not left. The wick lights up on the burner and then goes out after a few minutes. Although there is no flame, the heat continues to consume the fuel until it is completely used. In a medium -sized scent, it may take about an hour. It is also possible to turn off the fragrant lamp by placing the cover over the burner and removing the lamp oxygen source.

Without flames, fragrant lamps are able to use their fuel at a slow and stable pace. It does not burn fuel, but infuse it in the ambient air and produces ozone as a by -product. Although Ozon was once offered as a cleaning molecule, it can be dangerous even at low levels. Exposure of this molecule can cause difficulty breathing. Fuel in the lamp is also highly flammable andIt can explode to the flame unless the lamp is illuminated correctly.
