What are friendship bracelets?

Friendship bracelets are decorative bracelets made of cotton, silk, laundry, yarn or cannabis. They are exchanged around the world as symbols of friendship and peace, mostly among young adults. Traditionally, friendship bracelets are made by hand, so a friend who wears a bracelet has a gift of time and energy and decoration. Friendship bracelets should be worn until they wear and naturally fall, a process that can last anywhere from a few months to more than a year, depending on how the bracelet is produced and worn. Other types of textile may also be used, although the thread is generally maintained thin so that friendship bracelets will not be too bulky after design. In some cases, beads will be added to the friendship bracelet for further decoration. The process of making a friendship bracelet is related to the macrame of not scratching and includes the production of a number of small nodes. To create a node, the thread passes and then under the adjacent fiber before it stretches and strikes again. When the double node is complete, Crafter moves to the next oneSTI bracelet friendship.

The number of fibers used to produce friendship bracelets varies wide, usually between two and forty threads. A larger number of fibers can be used, but reflects the expenditure of a large amount of time and energy and results in a very wide friendship bracelet. Small friendships made of two springs are very common, as well as six springs, with six sources behind the letters in the "friend". Long tails fibers at both ends are tied around the wrist, usually by a person who gives the bracelet friendship, and can also be decorated with beads and knitting.

The roots of friendship bracelets are likely to be found in indigenous and center -American traditional fiber arts, which included clearly colored wrists and ankle strips made of bound fibers. Used patterns are also very common in Indian arts and include elements such as stripes, simple animal characters and patterns of control, in rotthe scent of the skills of a craft person. It seems that friendship bracelets have become popular in the United States at the age of 70, when many people examined traditional crafts and soon spread to the rest of the world.
