What are the jungle shoes?

also known as fighting boots, jungle shoes are shoes designed for military use. They are specially designed to withstand the jungle climate or other wet wet areas. There are stimulating venting holes that help drain the water.

Jungle shoes are considered an optimal alternative to traditional leather battle boots. Unlike leather shoes that can be unpleasant in hot environments, the jungle shoes provide more optimal and functionality. Shoes can also contain a ventilation system inside the upper of the canvas, which helps keep the legs as dry as possible.

Military jungle shoes are usually green or black. The upper part of traditional shoes are usually a mixture of cotton and nylon, covered with eye eye. Modern styles tend to be black, with the style of eye lace and upper, which are made of a mixture of fabric nylon, cotton and cordura.

Invented before World War II, the military shoes of the jungle were tested by the United States in Panama. First militaryThe jungle shoes were made with canvas and rubber feet. They weighed three pounds (one and one half kilograms) and were created using an American rubber company. The shoes were used in the Jungle Region tasks such as Burma, New Guinea and the Philippines. Although they are useful, shoes often wear out quickly, making it popular practice to carry them as the second pair of shoes used only for particularly muddy or wet areas.

During the Vietnam War, new shoes were needed to withstand the constantly humid environment. Improvements included upper soles made of canvas cotton duck, nylon reinforcement at the top of the shoe and leather material covering the area from the tip to heel. Water drains and new rubber soles were other additions to the shoes.

stainless steel plates were later added to help protect the soldiers from traps and injuries. Nyloncanvass later replaced BAWool duck. Later models also represented removable plastic ventilation systems. This design has helped shoemakers to develop a later desert battle boot style. In the 80s, the feet were further modified to prevent the brands from leaving the linoleum.

The American military style of the jungle battle shoes is usually produced by two main companies, Altama and Wellco Footwear shoes. Although these battle boots are invented in America, they are often used internationally. Soldiers in the Afghan National Army wear black jungle shoes. Civilians also sometimes wear jungle shoes in conjunction with different modes.
