What are paint thinners?
The
varnish radios are solvents used to treat the consistency of certain types of varnishes, colors and varnishes. These solvents have different evaporation rates. Common types of paint directors are standard, fast varnish dilution and paint retarders. When working with varnish, it is necessary to understand different properties of the thinners. Better understanding allows greater control of the process of completion and leads to minor problems associated with varnish techniques. This type is not suitable for thinning of the paint because the formula lacks the amount of the solvent. High quality varnish of varnish, one with a higher percentage of dissolved agents, brings a better result when thinning the paint. Quick varnish thinners are evaporated at accelerated speed, which is much faster than the standard varnish. In warm or hot climate these problems may occur during application of paint dilution. The heat causes the thinner lacquer to dry too quickly, reducing the time required for the varnish rate. Another problem related to the heat called dry spray occurs when the paint dries in front of DOSby the surface, resulting in a sandy appearance. Moist weather conditions are captured by moisture in the paint that causes a milk appearance called blushing.
evaporation rate varies between standard and rapid dilution of varnish. The evaporation rate in both types of thinners can be adjusted by mixing them with a paint retarder. The retarder has a much slower evaporation level and can extend the working hours of both thinners. Mixing the paint retarder with standard cutting lacquer also eliminates problems associated with hot or humid weather conditions slowing down the evaporation rate.
As with most solvent types, certain security measures should be taken when using these products. It is extremely important that the correct respirators of the type are worn when applying the paint. The extended lacquer exposition, directors and other solvents can be harmful to human health. These types of products areAlso extremely flammable and special caution is required to prevent the risk of explosion or fire. They should be used in well -ventilated areas from open flame and contaminated rags should be correctly destroyed.
