What are carpets of seaweed?

Seagrass is a type of grass grown in open wetlands in Asia. The crop is then harvested and melts to make carpets of seaweed. These organic carpets are light brown or tanned colors and have a rough feeling for them. They usually have canvas edging to prevent them from getting away. Some seaweed mats may also have a foam pad that would add suspension and prevent them from slipping or scratching the floor. They can be woven in different samples and the most common is the style of binding of the basket. Individual or more sources can be integrated together to create a design. Some of these natural fiber carpets are hand -woven, while others are created by a machine. Some stems may be weak olive green color. This means that the shadow of the carpet of the seaweed may vary and can even contain light brown strands with green mixed spots.
