What are snow blowers?
Snow Blowers, also called "snowthrowers", resemble grass mounted with a discharge slip mounted at the top. Users simply follow them and let them do all the work when eliminating snow. There are one -stage and two -stage snow blowers.
One -stage snow blowers are designed for homeowners with relatively small, smooth areas of smooth surfaces. These blowers cannot be used on gravel surfaces. The one -stage snow flower has stubborn worm blades from the shivers that raise the snow when it spins, cuts to the surface and throws the snow up and from the slip. This process provides some momentum forward, but the snow flower will require some minimum coaxial from the user. The advantage of a one -stage snow fluid is that it is cheaper than its two -stage counterpart, lighter, easier to store and easier to use. Also clean to the surface and removal of all snow. Depending on the model, these snow blowers can clean the road 17 - 22 inches (43 cm - 56 cm) and motors range from 3.0 - 5.5 horsepower.
Electric snow blowers are also one -stage blowers, but are more suitable for lighter tasks. Generally, they come in 6.6 - 12 AMP models and are ideal for cleaning terraces or decks if you do not want to get large weapons. Most electric snow blowers do not have a slip, but throw snow from the shoulder blades. Electric snow flower can clean a wide path of 12 - 20 inches (30 cm - 51 cm).
The two -stage snow blowers are powered by gas, hard and have a forward and reversible units. These snow blowers are equipped with steel worm blades. The first is tore for breaking ice and wrapped snow, followed by a smooth blade for throwing. The first stage of the two -stage snow fluid is the action of the blade that discovers ice or snow. Vdruhá phase Hi-speed fan located directly behind the blades fire snowup and out of the slip. Tastes can be used by a user-softened joystick.
The two -stage snow flower leaves a small amount of snow, because steel blades cannot make contact with the surface that cleans. The amount of the remaining snow will depend on how snow funds are adjusted. Because these blowers do not contact the surface, they can be used on the gravel surface by simply leaving the thin layer of snow at the top of the gravel.
Low -end two -stage models will clean 21 - 24 -inch (53 cm - 61 cm) and the engines range from 5.0 - 6.5 horsepower. These are recommended for small to medium driveways because they are still rather maneuverable. Medium models come from 7.0 - 8.0 hp and clear paths from 22 - 26 inches (56 cm - 66 cm). Models with heavy services have a horse forces 9.0 - 13.0 and clear paths from 26 - 33 inches (66 cm - 84 cm).
Two -stage blowers have larger tires than one -step blowers and rarely need chains. Accessories are available depending onSTI on the model. Some two -stage models offer the optional snow bank Buster.
