What are the best tips for recording Sheetrock®?

Sheetrock® is a name brand developed by the American company plaster. Like other plasterboard brands, Sheetrock® can be used to build walls and ceilings in homes and commercial structures. First, the leaves are screwed to the wall framing members, then recorded and ground to create a finished look. Effective completion of plasterboard begins with the correct decrease in seams of each leaf and creates a solid cohesive surface.

Beetrock® should ensure that the walls are ready to complete. Each sheet of plasterboard should be firmly included in the adjacent board with minimal spaces. The screws should be switched to be flushed to the surface, but should not be so tight that it tears the Sheetrock® paper. The tape or cylinder holder can facilitate the strap unpacking. This can be a Simphdine of the LE or a hand -held roller that is able to hold a large amount of tape. While paper and network tapes are available, network tapes often come with built -in glue. ItIt helps to hold the tape in place during the completion process and facilitates the entire process for beginning users.

When recording the Sheetrock® seams, start with the basic seams found at the joints and leave the corners for later. Starting with one end of the seam, unpack the tape and cover the entire joint. The tape should be centered on the seam. Use a plasterboard knife to push the tape over the seams and eliminate all the air bubbles.

As soon as the first piece of tape is applied, cover the entire width and length of the tape with a layer of mud gypsum. Use a small knife to apply this first coat and hold the knife at an angle of 45 degrees on the wall. Wait before the th, wait for the mud to completely dry the grinding process.

When recording the Sheetrock® corners, first check that the corner bead was used to strengthen each edge. Knock the tape to the corner and press it firmly. Use a trdowel or knife to firmly push the tape into the cornersthe rooms so that the tape lay straight.

One of the most important tips you remember when recording Sheetrock® is to allow enough time to work. In the finished plasterboard, a rushing work appears and can result in lumps or uneven walls. Properly completed plasterboard work will take many years with little maintenance need or refinement.
