What are the different types of events with internal and field events?

There are three types of events with internal and field events - tracking, fields and combined. Indoor Track and Field Meets contain many same events as their outdoor counterparts such as 400, 800-, 1,500 and 4x400 meters. The events of the ordinary field include a long jump, a triple jump, a high jump, a pole safe and a shot. In addition, meetings with internal tracks 60 meters run and 60 meters obstacle, as well as Heptathlon and Pentathlon, which are combined events. The smaller size of the track means that the races of 100 meters and 200 meters usually do not start during encounters with internal and pole. Especially 200 meters is difficult to run on the inner track, because the inner stripes cover a shorter distance than the outer stripes and there is no sufficient length on the track to distribute the initial position.

To compensate for losses of Truma sprints, Indoor Track Meets usually include 60 meters of dash and 60 meters of obstacles. These races are lowered after a shortened moment of the inner track. The obstacle race includesFive obstacles during 60 meters of course.

Field events on the inner track and field meetings are the same as at outdoor meetings. Field events found at outdoor meetings but are not included in the internal meeting, include throwing Discus, Hammer and Javelin. The exclusion of these handball events is the result of limiting the size of infields on the inner track and field meetings.

Two combined events found at the inner encounter are Heptathlon and Pentathlon. Heptatlon is usually reserved for men, although some internal meetings also offer an event for women. Pentathlon is generally accepted as a combined event for women only in an international competition.

Heptathlon consists of an alternative and event. Four events take place on the first day of the competition. It is 60 meters running, long jump, shot and high jump. On the second day athletes compete in 60 meters of obstacles, pole vault and 1,000 meters. The winner is urChen with a scoring system, which gives points based on time, height and distance achieved during individual competitions.

Pentathlon is a combined competition that consists of five events. Events may vary depending on the organization that regulates internal meetings and fields. Accepted events for the international amateur competition include 60 meters of obstacles, high jump, shot, long jump and 800 meters running. Like other combined events, Pentathlon is determined by a point system.
