What are crazy packages?

In 1967, Baseball Card Company Topps introduced a new range of comic cards that parody existing products and iconic advertising. Topps called this series of crazy packages, although many passionate collectors still refer to them as crazy packages . They were sold together with baseball cards and other news in the Candy section in many food and department stores and could also be found in special cards and in some medicines.
