What is the barn?

Owl Barn is a type of bird found on almost every continent in the world. They are primarily night and eat mostly small rodents. The average barn owl may have a white face in the shape of a heart with brown around the edges and the gray lower part of the body dotted with scattered brownish or black marks. Self owls can grow up to about 15 inches (38 cm) in length with a wing of about 42 inches (107 cm). Females can be slightly larger, with an average length of about 15.5 inches (40 cm) and a range of about 43 inches (110 cm).

Most of the owls living in the wild have a relatively short life. It is not uncommon for most to die before they reach two years. Owls that are maintained as pets or in protected conditions can live between the age of 10 and 20 years. Some predators who occasionally kill owl owls are eagles, falcons or any type of hunting bird that is larger. It is also known that snakes attack and kill these birds.

The only continent without the population of the barnis Antarctica. They exist everywhere else, but they were not introduced to Hawaii until the late 1950s. The average owl bar prefers open forest areas, but could be found in any site where the possibility of catching prey is likely.

Although the owls are usually considered night birds, they can sometimes be seen outside the day. These birds spend the vast majority of time looking for prey, which usually consists of rats, moths or small rabbits. They can also eat frogs, lizards and almost any other type of small animal that are able to catch. Owls Barn can be seen flying over open soil, such as pastures or any type of grassy field, because in these areas it is easier to catch little prey.

breeding usually occurs only once or twice a year, but may be more common when there is a plague of small rodents. Most of the owl of the barn begins to behave when they are about 10 months. These birds can build nests for their young inner cavities of trees, abandoned buildings or caves. Owls Barn normally lies between three and 12 eggs that hatch in about 30 days. Young chickens are usually with their mother for several months and then leave the nest forever after they have learned to hunt.
