This garment is more known as Hanfu , contains full sweeping sleeves with collar between the body and is often tied at the waist, but also worn and flowing around the body of man. These belts or wings will often contain tassels or other decorations. The tassels will often be made in red or gold. The pieces of nephrit are also often used as ornaments on Chinese kimono.

was originally Chinese kimono gender -neutral clothing, which means that it was carried by men and women equally. As styles evolved, clothing became more gender specific sex, while the man wore pants under his kimono, while the woman was wearing her skirt with her. The Kimonos began to contain decorative stitching and embroidery. Chinese kimono was supposed to flatter the small shape of a woman.

Chinese kimono, whether wearing men or women, is a very stylized garment. In its most original form there was a different code followed by a person who wears it. For example, the crossed collar was always worn from the left over diagonally to the right. This was considered to be very unlucky for the wearer when the dressing code was not strictly observed. Kimono himself was intended only to the knees of the person who wears it. This adherence to standards of demanding length indicated the high class of the person who wears it, because only those from the upper class could afford a perfectly mounted clothing.

Traditionally, buttons are not commonly used on Kimono Chinese. If the button was used, it would be Hidden inside the garment, only to ensure the clothing so that it does not open as soon as the wing or belt is added. The buttons used were small and usually attached by a small loop of silk silk. This connecting element has been made so as not to pull or reverse the visible part of the clothing,Because it was supposed to look like a smooth and flawless piece of clothing.

Chinese Kimono has been and continues to be highly stylized clothing. Once only Chinese higher class are worn, it is now a common choice for people around the world. Today, women wear them than men.
