What is the handle?

The cliché is most often seen in junior universities or secondary schools and generally records among girls than boys. Adults, however, can also belong to the handle and one could see how these properties appear especially in the upper layers of society. The adult group could also be called a "set".

In general, the handle is organized among younger children who seem to have enough in common to make friends with each other. Unfortunately, friendship can quickly retreat to power struggle, peers' pressure and ostracization of those outside the group. In fact, outsiders can undergo insults and bullying that can be psychologically harmful. The cliché can expand informal membership to younger girls to keep it beyond the original members who remained in a particular school environment. This Group can be considered "in the crowd" and can have a corresponding male group with which they only meet.

Although it is often assumed that there may be only one handle in the school environment, the handles can be organized along interest. For example, cheerleaders can form one group, while bands of bands can form the other. It seems that pre -school and teenagers are grouping in areas of interest or to each other. The handle can start innocent enough with families that belong to the same social group or simply live close to each other to organize frequent data of playing when children are young.

difficulty exists for those who are outside any defined grouping. The non-cheerleader, without a zone, can be questioned by not finding a sufficiently large social group and can desperately wish to get entry into a certain handle. This may be painful and can make a person's goal of their members.

The ugly part of this power structure may include bullying, harassing or playing jokes with Neklik members. Fear,The fact that he will no longer be part of the group can force children to behave in a way that is extremely harmful to others. The inability to go along with leaders, often called the "Queen of Bees", can lead to becoming an outbreak.

Many films documented this type of infrastructure and its potentially destructive forces in the social environment. Films like Mean Girls , Heathers and jawbreaker all take a dark comic view of the handle. Those who have been the victim of their policy do not consider the cranks of laughter.

Although some handles may cause an average and emotionally devastating way to foreigners, others are much less threatening. Not every handle or member decides to rule by being cruel to other people. It does not have to simply notice the needs of outsiders, which is often insensitive, but not an unusual position of teenagers.

The handles in their most innocent form can only represent a group of friends who are envied for their social merciesthose, wealth or attractive qualities. The exclusive nature of the group is more like a sorority in this respect. For those who want to belong, it may still be harmful, but it may not be intentionally.
