What is an apartment building?

In its simplest sense, the term apartment home. Refers to someone's dwelling, residence or a place of human dwellings. It is a place where one or more people currently live. The house is a place where people generally return, sleep, prepare foods, swim and otherwise lead their lives. There are many and diverse definitions, both general and legal that can be used to describe home.

A room in a guest house or hotel can also be considered a residential house if it is considered permanent residence and not only rented every day. Each separate live quarter in duplex, triplex or other apartment building can also be considered a dwelling. The resident house can be marked as such if it includes its own kitchen and bathroom equipment. In some places, this would exclude rented rooms that share one or both facilities with other tenants. In other areas, only the family houses are description.

For real estate purposes, the definition of a greati different. In addition to the actual living space, an extension, garage, shelter, workshop or other structure on the same property can be considered part of the living house. Other residential neighborhoods such as "mother's cottage from the law" or the quarters of old servants may be included. From a legal point of view, such other quarters can be perceived differently.

The legal definition of the apartment building tends to vary according to the location. In some areas, almost any structure that can be occupied by human beings may be included in this definition. The owner, tenant or passengers may not be present in order for the structure to be classified as its residential house if it is gone but is considered to be his main residence. Structures such as mobile homes, trailers, campers, houseboards or even tents can often be classified by apartments. While some definitions are somewhat vague, including most of the space that can be occupied as a home - even on an irregular basis - others are slightly more specific.
