What is a flying frog?
Flying frog is a type of frog, such as a flying squirrel, which has the ability to slide from the upper or canopy area of one tree to another, usually in tropical climate. It is because of the strap between their legs, which acts to provide some aerodynamic elevator and air control, as well as their small size. In nature there are several different varieties of flying frogs and more appears as a catalog of scientists of previously unknown species, especially those found in distant areas of tropical rainforest. It is unique for its particularly large size among the types of flying frog, in an average length of 4 inches (10 centimeters). It is located in the jungles of Borneo, Singapore, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. Although it does its home in the middle canopic level of tropical forest trees, it is known to descend to the ground and soves and confuse. Like many frogs, it is mostly a brilliant green color with some bright yellow marks on the sides and legs.
Another flying frog dubbed a vampire flying frog, because its tadpoles have black fangs, and its taxonomic name was rhacophorus vampyrus , was discovered in 2008 in Vietnam. It grows on 2 inches (5 centimeters) in length and has a copper brown color. The southern cloud forests in Vietnam are his only known habitat and it was not obvious that, unlike other flying frogs for any reason, he would descend to the ground for any reason. Black, hooks similar to fangs that show the type of type from the underside of their mouths serve unknown functions. The speculation consists in the fact that the tadpoles that are born in water lesions in tree steries use fangs to pierce the nestilized eggs that lie in the water as a source of food.
resting frog species still appear, with new natural scientists who found 350 previously unknown species together with it in the distant area of the Eastern Himalayas. This version of Flying Frog is also bright green, with red legs that have long straps that make it a moving animal. Other known species include Malaysian flying frog, rhacophorus prominus , about 3 inches long (7.6 centimeters) and found in Malaysia and Indonesia. Species that are known and widespread include Chinese tree frog, which is a brilliant turquoise color and lives in China and Myanamar; chocolate brown Annam flying frog, originally from India; and Javan Gliding Frog, found throughout Southeast Asia and is the sky blue in color.
