What is a spiritual chair?
Ghost chair is any type of chair made of transparent material. The transparent chair is known as ghost chairs because of its appearance almost, like a spirit or revelation. The most common material for the production of such a chair is Lucite®, which is thermoplastic, which is durable, transparent and generally cheap production. These chairs are often used for several applications, including use as furniture on the terrace or even for living room furniture. Chairs are usually lightweight and some are foldable to make storage and transport much easier.
The specific design of the spiritual chair may vary according to the manufacturer's specifications. Since this thermoplastic is quite easy to form, many shapes and textures are possible, although many models have wide surfaces with smooth texture to increase transparency and thus a scary appearance. Most manufacturers want to increase the transparent appearance, while others may accentive LuCite® with shades that add color to the appearance of the chair.
Glass is not used to produce ghost chairs, because the glass tends to be fragile, which means it can easily break or otherwise break easily. Lucite is resistant to breaking, which means it is safe for carrying weight and permanent direct impacts that may occur, especially when furniture is used outside. Lucite is also easy to clean and requires low maintenance for shaking with a damp towel or even a spray with a hose. It is resistant to water damage and usually resists deformation or cracking due to direct exposure from sunlight. Over time, the transparency of the material can fade, although with good cleaning, the chairs usually remain transparent. Some ghost chairs manufacturers can create other similar types of furniture, such as a footstool, a table or a table. Plastic can be formed by immneo shapes, which means that other types of furniture are possible. These pieces of furniture as well as ghost chairs may vary in style and de deSigna and can be colored in color. More modern pieces of furniture will often contain curved surfaces and clean lines, because it is in line with modern aesthetics. More traditional chairs and tables can have more direct lines to maintain a less spectacular style. Some more modern versions of the chair may also contain colored plastic built into Lucite® to simulate the spine in the chair.
