What is a ghost crab?

Ghost crab is a crustacean gutter that dwells on the sandy coasts in tropical and subtropical areas. The creation is aptly named because its pale color allows crabs to mix into the sand. The crab of ghosts, which is usually about 3 inches (about 7.5 centimeters) wide, is known for its distinctive persecuted eyes that allow it to be seen in any direction. Males can often be identified by corners connected to the end of their eyes. The crab is sometimes used as a delicacy and can be consumed by raw or grilled.

The ghost crab lives alone in the water. Nurrows can extend approximately 4 feet (about 1.2 meters) deep, helping to maintain the creation of wet and cold during the day. The male crab usually dwells in a burrow that is identified by a neat pile of sand next to the entrance. Females and young crabs are not so neat and are located in the standard, which has a sand scattered in all directions around it. Females are able to find a partner by identifying a man's residence.

crustaceans are able to communicate through sounds. The crab of the ghosts has a special mechanism called the stridulation organ on the right claw. When crustaceans sit stridulations against the point at the bottom of its leg creates a whistling noise. This noise can serve as a warning to other crabs to avoid entering the burrow or can also use it forattracting women.

At night, the crab of ghosts will sometimes dig and fix your burrows and also look for food. Ghost crabs are gadgets and comb the beach and look for any plants or animals that were washed to the shore. Diet crab includes snails, clams, turtles of marine women and lizards.
