What is a jazz chord?

jazz chord is any chord that is commonly used in jazz music. Jazz chords usually use seventh and widespread chords, all of which have more than three notes. Chords may or may not have harmonious tension or mismatch, depending on their structure.

in music theory, which is a study of how harmony and melody are being built, the beginning of the music organization is called a scale. The scale consists of five, seven or twelve notes. The jazz chord is created using a scale. The most common scales in the harmony of the Western style are the main and smaller scales. The main regime is usually described as happy, strong or pleasant. Small standards are often said to sound sad, mysterious or exotic. The chords are also described as the main and smaller chords, although there are also widespread chords and reduced chords. The widespread chord extends the second chord interval and the reduced chord reduces the second vterval, dramatically change in sound, in both cases.

interval is simulusTanning playing one of the scale along with any other note from the scale. The smallest interval is half a step that is dissonant and causes musical tension. Three notes played at the same time to form a trio or chord.

In the main and smaller triplets, the intervals between each note must be main or small thirds. For example, in a smaller chord should also be C and E. This is because C is a smaller third of A, and E is the main third of C. The triad is not a jazz chord, but it is necessary to build a jazz chord.

When another third are added to the three, the resulting harmonies are called widespread chords. In the above example, adding G to A, C and E would create a seventh chord. This is called the seventh chord because G is the seventh note of a smaller scale A.

It is not the more unusual thirds to be added to create the ninth, 11th and 13th chords, although not all notes in these widespread chords are played nand one. Usually the fifth is omitted and in the 11th and 13th chords, ninth. Most widespread chords are jazz chords, but the most common jazz chord is seventh. There are dozens of different types of seventh chords. The difference lies in the combination of the main, smaller, reduced and widespread chord intervals.

Any tool that can produce two or more notes at a time can play jazz chords. The most common tools that play them are guitar and piano. Music groups such as jazz bands and jazz vocal ensembles use individual voices or tools to create jazz chords. Notes are played at the same time that chords can be heard as the only harmonious sound.
