What is loftcube®?

Loftcube® is a type of living space designed by German designer Werner Aisslinger. It is a compact unit to be built on the top of the roof of a large building, although it can also be built in other places. The prefabricated loftcube® is often placed on the roof upper or in a specific environment by transferring helicopter and the unit is ready to live as soon as it is installed. The interior of the modular living space is about 400 square feet (36 to 37 square meters) and is designed to be an economic and attractive choice of living in areas with small space for expansion. The whole unit sits on the feet that keeps the living unit outside the ground, and the cube itself looks futuristic and visually stunning. Loftcube® is launched towards people who want to own a living space in But the Butes cannot find an available or affordable space in which you can build. Cubes are often placed on the roofs of apartment buildings or apartments to make money on onefrom the only available space remaining in cities.

While the interior is relatively small, the Loftcube® design focuses on the efficient use of the space to maximize the available living space without expanding the structure. Cube furniture is modular, which means that it can easily move throughout the structure and in many cases cooperates to maximize space and minimize clutter. The cube has a very open ground plan without the structural walls in the rooms; Four outer walls support all the weight of the structure, allowing greater customization inside.

The space is also highly energy efficient because it is small and requires less energy to warm up or cooling. The abundance of windows allows a lot of sunlight to heat the house quickly and efficiently and the house can be cooled by opening available windows and ventilation doors. Less electricity and most interior are needed to illuminate the houseIt is white to reflect and earn an affordable sunlight or artificial light. Since the whole structure is suspended with its feet, the available space under the cube is maximized, which again increases the available usable space. Variations on LoftCube® have a solid base, but is much smaller than the actual structure it supports.
