What is the Philharmonic Orchestra?

Philharmonic orchestra is a large group of musicians who perform instrumental music. This type of music ensemble includes brass, strings, wooden and percussion tools and may have more than 100 musicians, although they are not all necessarily present at each show. It differs from the chamber orchestra, a smaller set with 50 musicians or less.
