What is the vocoder?

called created by a combination of voice and encoder into one name, a vocoder is a device that is designed to analyze speech and synthesize it for communication purposes. The main purpose of the vocal was developed as a tool for use in telecommunications functions during the 30th century 20th century to encode speech for mass transmission. The dual function of the vocoder as the speech analyzer and the voice analyzer synthesizer allowed more accurate means of sound encryption for radio broadcasting.

The vocoder works on the same principles that help create the production of human voice. Like the sound, it is created by opening and closing Glottis into vocal cords, then filtering with nose and neck sound, the vocoder works on the principle of sounding that is identified as a basic frequency. The frequency is then filtered in a way that creates a number of sounds that increase the fine nuances of the basic frequencies so that the tones and tones produced are clear and concise.

The oldest vocoders were developed as analog devices that were able to transmit on several different radio frequencies using a series of tracked passage filters. Initial experiments with the concept of Voder or Vocoder began in Bell Labs in 1928, the first patents were filed in 1935.

Over time, using the vocoder has spread over simple radio communication. Early development in the new television medium has poured value in the basic principles of Vocoder technology, and the film industry also found applications that help in the production of auxiliary products that could be used to promote new editions.

During the second part of the 20th century, the vocoder began to get into the recording studio with a number of popular onesců. Instead of relying on the voice as a basic component that feeds on the vocoos, musical instruments were used instead. The technology associated with the vocoder has progressed from analog sound production to a more sensitive digital sound, which helped make the vocade an ideal choice for creating sound accompaniment for movies, television shows and strengthening live stage performances.
