People who call the "Quintet Woodwind" also sometimes mean the music that these groups perform. This is because one of the five players in the traditional Woodwind quinte is the French horn. Other tools in the standard Woodwind quintet are flutes, oboe, clarinet and fagot, which musicians consider to be real wood. Oboe and clarinet, however, most likely to fall asleep with the corner and clarinet to alternate between melodic and supportive harmonious roles. The French horn has a large range capable of expanding to bass playgrounds, but usually the bass part is covered by the bass part.

Each tool in quintet with woodIt has a different shape, is made of different materials and has an extremely different technique than other tools in the file. As a result, the Woodwind quintet has one of the most popular tonal pallets of any ventricular group. This means that Woodwind quintets offer an incredible amount of diversity in terms of expression. It is this primary feature, combined with practical economic and portability in writing for just a few players that he considers so many modern composers attractive about the file.

Woodwind quintets did not get their beginning until the end of the 18th century. It was partly because the Woodwinduquintet tools were still in development before and during the Baroque period. The genre was first explored to a composer, such as Antonio Rosetti, who lived during the late Baroque and early classic period. The work of Anton Reich and Franz Danzi, however, strengthened the compositional group. Music Woodwind Quintet lost some kindness during the end of the 18th century, but in the 20th century they recorded a revival of the quintet WoodWind quintets like composers such as Arnold Schoenberg, Vincent Persichetti and Paul Hindemith have turned them into a standard chamber group.

Woodwind Quintet's professional players perform Woodwind quintet music concerts. They also perform at events such as weddings. The quintette music played by these groups is often technically demanding, while contemporary music sometimes calls for widespread techniques that are often not used. For a student, Woodwind Quintets is often the first opportunity that players have to develop a real formation skill into a cohesive chamber unit.
