What is beech?

Beech is a type of tree found on the continents of North America, Europe and Asia. It is a deciduous variety, usually bloom in spring and produces seed nuts in autumn. Many individuals appreciate the wood of the tree for its burning capacity and for its value in production practices such as the production of furniture.

There are all typical tree components on this tree. Plants have a gray, relatively smooth trunk. When it blooms, small flowers fill the tree, usually measure no more than about 5.9 inches (15 centimeters) long. Some types boast bright colors and are therefore popular accessories in gardens. Fruits are also small and usually categorized as nuts due to their structure and hardness.

The beech tree is a versatile plant because it can handle many different types of soil. However, excess water is the enemy of the plant. If they are healthy, these trees can survive for centuries. The ideal conditions for beech growth exist north of the equator and the protorum on the three continents above. PSaccken trees known as Southern Beeches grow south of the equator, but belong to another plant family.

In places where beeches grow, trees often form dense forests that provide enough shade. Therefore, there may be a different growth of plants in forests. However, these trees often occur in forests with trees on sugar maples and other types of trees. Forests can occur at high and low altitude depending on the specific type of beech tree.

Many trees and forests have become the victim of numerous calamities due to a relatively thin tree bark. Parasitic aphids and mushrooms have worsened many trees. Floods and fires pose even more danger.

Like many other types of trees, people found practical use of beech trees. Wood is perhaps the most important when it is burned and so damaged, ironically. Long-trough and adaptable wood represents a lot of firewood. Beer breweries also used lLines derived from burnt wood.

Manufacturers also discovered a number of means for using beech wood products. Furniture creators often use wood for framing. Other users range from the textile industry to the railway and drum manufacturers. A substance found in trees known as creoosol can even serve therapeutic purposes.

beech nuts are further awarded as a food source in many regions. They have a unique, though somewhat bitter taste that attracts many consumers. In addition, the matrix serves as food for wild animals that fills beech tree forests.
