What is Cordia?

cordia is a genus of flowering shrubs and trees with about 300 species. cordia is found worldwide in warm climate. The common names of plants in this family include Manjack and Bocote. The common names of the fruit include clammy cherries, berries of adhesive, gunda, selfest and snotty gobbles. cordia fruit, especially fruit c. dichotoma or fragrant Manjack is popular in India and Tai -wan, where it can be loaded, cooked or eaten raw. c. Boissierieri , an evergreen, white flowering shrub with a natural range from the southern Texas in the United States to Central Mexico, is the Nuevo León State in Mexico.
