What is Cove lighting?

Bay lighting consists of pipes or other light shapes that are hidden high on walls or ceilings. They are often used in architectural accent pieces such as cornices and crown strips. For example, a narrow piece of illumination of the bay tube can be placed in a cornice attached to the crown bar on the upper parts of the adjacent walls. The result of this type of lighting is a dramatic light of light reaching on several walls.
