What is heating oil?

Top oil is a lighter type of oil or liquid by -product of raw oil used for energy, especially for heating. When oil is improved, there are two main categories under which it is classified: distilled oils, including diesel and residual oils that include things like kerosene. There are different types of heating oils in each category. The type of distillate is usually used for home heating.

While petrol is also a by -product of the oil refine process, it is much less stable than the heating oil used to heat up houses and commercial properties. Nevertheless, the increase and decline in gas prices is generally a good indicator of stability or its lack of other oil prices. Given that the price of oil directly affects the price of oil used for fuel, consumers should be ready to pay more for their homes to develop because worldwide demand for oil and gas is constantly increasing.

The cost of refining must also be determined on the price such as the MUST costfor its transport and distribution. When the price of oil increases, it increases the prices of gas, so the price of heating oil is also made. These may be even more felt by families living in rural places and require longer ways to transport and distribute oil.

seasonal problems tend to play a role in the price of heating oil. During the period when the demand for gasoline is high, refiner companies process less oil for heating. This means that if the demand for oil for home heating increases, there will be a price because the offer is limited. This often causes the price to increase rapidly and sharply.

In the US, a large part of the oil that is consumed, including heating oil, from foreign sources. Part of the refining is carried out on the domestic market, but the rest is refined in other countries such as Canada or Venezuela, which can also affect the price.
