What is Mulč Hemlock?
Hemlock Mulch is a type of natural mulch made of bark and outer bark of the hemlock tree. Mulch is a general term used for any organic or inorganic material that spreads around the plants to improve aesthetics, regulate the soil temperature and improve moisture retention. Over time, natural mulchs disintegrate and increase the richness of soil. Hemlock Mulch is an organic mulch that has a rich red, orange or burgundy color, depending on the aging method used. A thick layer of mulch prevents the growth of weeds of nittering seedlings. Mulch regulates the soil temperature and in summer keeps the soil in winter and winter. In dry seasons and climate mulch slows evaporation of moisture from the soil. Mulch is also used to improve the aesthetics of garden or landscape areas and space around trees, plants of pattern and shrubs.

Orange, red and burgundy tones of Hemlocka add a rich color to landscape beds and garden areas. While some forms of hemlock plants are poisonous, the hemlock mulck is not because it is derived from an unhealthy tree that uses the name Hemlock.
To be effective, a thick layer of hemlock mulcka should be applied once or twice a year. Over time, the material breaks down and the color disappears. A thick layer of 2-inch up to 4 inches (5 cm to 10 cm) mulch applied in autumn prepares the soil for winter and insulates the roots and soil of frost. At the end of spring, the second application can be used to refresh the appearance of the landscape areas and prevent weed development, although Hemlock Mulch slowly decomposes and may last a year. Mulching at the beginning of spring should be prevented because it prevents the frozen ground.
When mulching around trees and shrubs, a mulch layer should start from 3 inches to 6 inch(about 7 cm to 15 cm) from the base of the plant. When the natural types of mulch are collected near the bark of a tree or shrub, insects, rot and molds are supported. In the garden or shrub, the mulch should cover the entire area. When mulching individual trees or shrubs of the pattern in the landscape, the mulch layer should be extended to the area below the outer leaders of the branches.
