What is retro fashion?

Retro fashion is a dressing style that is derived from vintage fashion. Although retro is more often associated with the "mod" of the 1960s, it may apply to virtually any era, starting with the 40th century. Historically, different aspects of fashion from different era often return to Vogue, but the retro movement attempts to capture the whole look, rather than a single fashion component.
